Ian Lasplace
DirectorIan started his recruitment career in 1994 placing Orthopaedic and Anaesthesia professionals on a permanent, contract and rotational basis. Headhunted twice in the late 90’s to join ‘start-up’ recruitment firms within the medical sector; Ian realised a long held ambition to be a business owner in 2000 with Call Centre Associates where he was co-owner and director.
A highly successful 11 years followed that saw CCA established as a recognised names in call centre and customer contact recruitment. During his time at CCA, Ian established the Resource Planning & Analytics Division that played an influential role in pioneering recruitment recognition for professionals within these specialist areas.
Longreach Recruitment differentiates itself by providing an exclusive and undiluted focus on recruiting soley wtithin key specialisms such as Workforce Optimisation, Data Analytics & Decision Management and Communication Technologies via a broad client and candidate mix throughout the UK and EMEA.
In his spare time Ian enjoys travel, current affairs, modern and classical fiction, motorcycling and writing poorly in the third person.
